All hot sauces are organic, shelf stable, and made in small batches in a home kitchen in Los Angeles. Most of the peppers were homegrown over the summer, and proper cooking, cleaning, and bottling was done by a culinary professional. Due to the quantities produced, a few bottles are still available for purchase, and will be available soon.
